Finding items You want & adding to your shopping cart

LinenMe.com offers you unique shopping experience. Each item in our shop is linked with one or more LinenMe ideas® showing how You can use them at your home. This feature allows us to offer You 2 alternative ways to search for the items you need:

1. Traditional way:
   • Select the general category, to which your desired item belongs, from the left menu (e.g. “TABLE LINEN”);
   • Select specific product category from the picture menu (e.g. “NAPKINS”);
   • Browse through pictures of the available items in this specific category. Item name and pricing indicated below each item picture;
   • Click on the picture of the item You liked to get into it’s description page;
   • If You have any questions about the item click on “Ask question about the item” link and fill the question form that You will be prompted to. Please don’t forget to mention item name when writing us a question.
2. LinenMe way:
   • Select the room from top menu (e.g. "My Living room"), which You are looking to decorate or change.
   • Browse through LinenMe ideas® gallery dedicated for that room by clicking “Next” below the main picture.
   • Once You find the idea You like You see all items of that idea inside the frame below the big picture.
   • Click on the picture of the item you liked to get into its description page.
   • If You have any questions about the item click on “Ask question about the item” link and fill the question form that You will be prompted to.

When You have made your selection, simply click on "Add to cart" button on the bottom of item description frame and the item will be added to your “Shopping Cart”.

Once You have added an item to your “Shopping Cart”, You can continue shopping until your cart contains all of the items You want to order. You can access and edit the contents of your “Shopping Cart” at any time by going to "Shopping Cart" on the top right menu of every page of our website.

How to measure yourself to choose the right garment size

1. Bust/Chest—Put the measuring tape under your arms and measure around the bust line at the fullest part. Be sure the tape is even at the back.
2. Waist—Measure around your natural waistline. This is the narrowest part of your torso, usually near your belly button. For best result, take the string of any knitting or similar wool and put it around your waist to mark the waist. Then take the string of and measure the length with a measuring tape.
3. Hips—Put your legs together and measure around the widest point of your hip area. Be sure to keep the tape level!
4. Leg length - for this measurement, take a pair of pants that fit you well. Lay them flat and measure the inner leg length - from the top to the cuff.
5. Body length – body length is measured from the bottom of your neck (shoulder level, the hill of the bone there) . Please note that all the lengths specified throughout our shop are for the middle size, smaller sizes will be a little shorter and larger a little longer.

The instructions below outline 5 steps of ordering & payment process. You can go backwards and forward at any time during the check out process to make changes to any part of your order. You can do that by clicking "

Step 1 of 5 — ITEMS & PRICE

Take a moment to review all of the items you have placed in your “Shopping Cart: check list of selected items, their quantities and prices (all our prices on linenme.com are with VAT).

• If You decide to change quantity of any selected item, please enter the desired quantity number in the respective field of “Quantity” column and click "Update" button to calculate new price of the order.
• If You decide that you don't want to purchase any item that is already in your “Shopping Cart” simply click the "Delete" button in the respective item row.
• If You have promotional code, please enter it in the field next to "Submit" button and press it to calculate new order price.
• When you're happy with list of items in your shopping cart and their price, click the "Proceed to checkout" button on the bottom center of the page.

Step 2 of 5 — SHIPPING ADDRESS

Here You will have to provide your billing and shipping addresses. Your shipping address may be different than your billing address as you might want us to send the products to your work address or You would like to send products to somebody as a gift.

• After You press "Proceed to checkout" button You will be prompted to the page, where You will be asked to select your username, password and provide Billing Address. This is only for the first time buyers as during your next shopping trip You will be able to skip that step by simply logging in with your username and password. Once You fill the form please press “Send Registration” button at the bottom of the form.
• Now You are prompted to the page, where You have to select shipping address. Your default shipping address is the same as billing address, but in case You want to send your order to different address simply click on "Add new shipping address" and enter address details in provided form.
• If You want to update your Billing address simply click on "Update address" below your current “Billing Address” details and enter changes in provided form.
• Once You have selected shipping address click on "Next>" button.

Step 3 of 5 — SHIPPING METHOD

• Select preferred shipping method by ticking the small circle next to it.
• Once You have selected shipping method click on "Next>" button.

Step 4 of 5 — COMPLETE ORDER

Here You will have one more opportunity to review your full order details:

• Item list;
• Quantities;
• Final price for the order (including delivery fees);
• Selected shipping address;
• Selected shipping method;
• Here You will be also given opportunity to write us a note regarding your order (if there is any additional information that You would like us to know).
• Once you reviewed all details click "Confirm order and proceed to payment" to give your FINAL CONFIRMATION of the order and proceed to PAYMENT.

Step 5 of 5 — PAYMENT

LinenMe uses Paypal to accept payments from both: Paypal accounts and credit or debit cards. Paypal is global leader in online payments with over 150 million accounts worldwide, so your payments transferred to will reach us fast and safe. Though if You prefer other payment option than Paypal or credit card please contact us and we'll find a solution.

Once You have clicked on "Confirm order and proceed to payment" You will leave LinenMe.com and will be prompted to PayPal payment gateway.

• If You have PayPal account simply login with your account details and make a payment;
• If You don’t have PayPal account You can pay by your credit or debit card. Simply click on “Continue” link, which is above credit card logos and follow PayPal instructions to process the payment. Your credit card information is strictly confidential - LinenMe will not have access to this information.

Once your payment processed You will get confirmation e-mail about received payment as well as estimated shipment and delivery dates of your order.

You can also pay us over the phone with your credit or debit card. We use Paypal Virtual Terminal to process those payments, so it's 100% secure.

Checking your order status

Return policy

If the goods are damaged on arrival, please call us immediately and we will arrange replacement of the goods.
If the incorrect goods have been sent to You, call us within 48 hours and we will replace the goods for You.

Items must be returned to us by "Recorded Delivery" so they can be signed for. Please note that we will cover postage costs only in case You return us the product because of quality issues. Returns are to be sent to:
