WHERE AND HOW DO YOU DELIVER?

We are aiming that LinenMe product would reach customers around the world. It’s not that simple, but we are trying. We divided the world into groups of countries:

USA & Canada.

The Rest Of The World (ROW)

We deliver our products with the help or our partners. We use DHL, UPS service for most of our orders. Only if your order is very small and you are not in a hurry we use Lithuanian Post to help you save on delivery charges.

WHAT IT COSTS?

Delivery charges will depend on 3 things: the country of delivery address, the weight of your order and the speed of delivery you need. You will be given the options to choose from once you have your shopping bag finalized and you have filled in your delivery address. You could find all details in the tables below:

DO YOU MEET YOUR DELIVERY TIMESCALES?

Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched the next working day after receiving the payment. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and dispatch it as soon as it arrives.

We do try our best to meet the delivery timescales that we quote, but occasionally a parcel can be late due to reasons that are out of our control.

 

CAN I TRACK DELIVERY STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You will be able to track your order delivery status if you have chosen any EXPRESS delivery option serviced by DHL, UPS and received their tracking number. This tracking number is a clickable link, taking you directly to the respective websites, where you can view the progress of your parcel as it moves towards your delivery address. It will also explain if there are any difficulties in getting your delivery to you.
