Scarves are probably the most unique accessory created by the human kind. While hats and gloves are mostly worn in the winter, a light coloured linen scarf can be worn during the winter as well as in the summer. Fashion would not exist without accessories, and accessories would not exist without scarves. We have prepared a tutorial for five unique and classy ways to wear your scarf and look like you have just stepped off from the runway.
The classic pull-through linen scarf :
It is really easy and it looks amazing, what more could we want? Grab you favorite linen scarf and fold it in half. Put it around your neck by bringing the ends to the front. Grab the loose ends and pull them through the loop. Adjust the scarf by tightening or loosening it up.
The infinity linen scarf :
Grab a long scarf and tie its ends together. Put the loop around your neck and make sure that the knot stays on the back of your neck. Depending on the length of your scarf, wrap it around your neck a few more times. Hide the knot under the top layer of the scarf.
The headband :
Start with a large square scarf and fold one corner to the other. After this step, the scarf should look like a triangle. Fold the corner inside to the middle. Repeat that step by folding it half once more and making the scarf look quite narrow. Put the folded scarf around your head and bring the ends between the top of your head and your forehead. Tie them into a simple loose knot and tuck the ends under the sides of the headband that you have just created.
The loose and belted :
This is a classic supermodel look. Just grab a long a scarf and put it on your shoulders. You can put it on your neck or let it hang on both your shoulders and your back, the important thing is to let it hang loose. Wear a belt on top of the scarf rather than wearing it underneath and enjoy your stunning supermodel look.
The wrap-around linen scarf :
Just like in the classic pull-through, first thing you will need to do is fold the scarf in half. Then, wrap it around the handles of your bag. Pull the loose ends through the loop and tighten it up. This look is perfect for summer!
