Every year Pantone's trend forecasters compile extensive research to find a color that represents or somehow embodies the design themes for that year.

This year has been a blast! We've taken part in some wonderful collaborations and watched our linen homewares delight customers around the world.

As 2017 draws to a close we thought it was the perfect opportunity to reflect on the year that is ending, and to think about what we hope to achieve over the coming year. Each passing year brings its challenges and difficulties, its losses and sadnesses.

2016 has been a bad year for celebrities, and a time of great political upheaval across the world.
